Exhaust manifold leak can
a gasket , the manifold and a broken bolt
a visual check would be the best way

The doughnout gasket could be leaking at the exhaust manifold where it meets the exhaust pipe and also you can feel exhaust pressure if you feel around the manifold or use a doctor's ear
