is there a cabin ecu that controlls dash fuel and climate contolls

1993 60 special,has no fuel management or temp controlls working , no power, intermitant at times, blower on full, when system goes out. Also runs rough and stalls when this happens, and cant seem to get onboard diagnosticts to work.

1 of the panels is bad.remove fuel data center and unplug.does the a/c panel start working?if no plug it back in and unplug the a/c panel.does the fuel center work?if still nothing the bcm is bad.thanks for using 2carpros
