Just started driving the caddy for the first time in winter, now on a cold morning the car started leaking red fluid. Help?

This caddy never driven in winter and the first cold spell, what looks like tranny fluid or power steering is leaking bad. This caddy is on 22inch rims and has been for 5 yrs, could it be because of not factory tires? It is now parked till the issue is solved, should've left it unused for winter, darn...
