The cooling fans won't come on with there own power neither will the blower motor and just the driver seat won't work under its own power and I have check EVERY SINGLE FUSE AND RELAY please help

Do the fans come on when the AC is turned on?

No and the blower motor does the same thing as the fans do, they work from an outside power source

The blower is likely an entirely different issue so forget that for the time being.

With the engine idling, unplug the 2 wire coolant temp sensor and see if the fans come on. If not, then you need to look at all your fuses and fusible links again.

OK, that proves that the computer does not have control of the fans as it should have. The problem is going to be somewhere in the fuses, relays and wiring but you're going to need some electrical knowledge to be able to track this down. Well like I said at the beginning of this all the fuses are good and the relays are good also, and no I can not read that diagram, let me stare at it for a few day, and I should get it, and u want to say thank you again to all of you so far

This is a 2 speed fan system and a fairly complex circuit to accomplish this. I don't know how you can even conclude these relays are all good since they are varying types that perform varying tasks.
This really needs to be troubleshooted by an electrical tech.
