I live in a cold climate and left my car outside for a day when it got down to around minus ten degrees. when i went to start it, it started very sluggishly and the radio, windshield wipers, and air did not work. The air vents were pushing out zero air even after the car warmed up. i drove it around for a bit then turned it off and turned it on again, when i started it the second time it started fine and ran just like normal. any ideas what was happening the first time?
