1993 buick roadmaster Will hardly say running until the temperature exceeds 100 degrees. Had a new fuel filter installed. Acts like a fuel problem.

check yoru fuel pressure and scan for codes. 41-47 psi is range for pressure. Also check for vacuum leaks.
