where is the infl reset button and what is it?

my car wont start i have changed the starter/the battrie/put on new cables and it sounds like the battrie is low this light keeps coming on that said infl reset ineed your help to find this button or maybe what is the proublem is

If the battery is new, and it still sounds weak, check to make sure the starter isn't drawing too many amps. Also, check to make sure the battery terminals and cables are in good condition, clean, tight, and not damaged.

that light is just airbag function warning. nothing to do with starting.
