1993 Acura Vigor wont start

My 93 vigor was involved in front end collision I reshaped and rebuilt the entire front end of the vehicle
vie pulled the main battery power at this time too pull and check the saunter point's on the feulpump relay they where good however the punp has no power to it and the relay is double clicking so open to close car tries to start like it is out of gas
