from the bottom of the car, remove the lower valance. then you can get to the assembly. you can either remove the entire unit or just remove the bulb from the unit. twist the socket to remove.

thanks for reply! But do I really have to remove lower bumper? have seen on internet video of just removing top screw under hood on parking lamp and then pry from front or rear until popping out. But it appears there may be a lower tab on my Ls coupe lamp mounting(that is hard to access) and do not want to break. Mfg. date 01/ 1993 Also somewhat cold here in Iowa this time of year and do not want to break any plastic pieces on anything, nor pay a lot of money just to change a couple bulbs at a dealer or body shop

Hello Roy: my bad for over thinking this procedure. Appreciate your expert advice and reply earlier, but as I referenced my manual that came with car when new, showed that just remove top mounting screw under hood on each side for parking lamp removal, give that bracket a little bump, and pry gently from rear of lamp, two plastic guides come forward and then with long neck thin screwdriver pry 1 metal plug to plastic insert contact free from bottom front of lamp and out they came. all repaired! about twenty minutes. additional. On these 91 thru 94 legends at least the lower 10 mm bolt that appears to be at the bottom of the lamp when mounted is actually part of the parking lamp housing that remains stationary on the fender. And does not need to be removed to change the bulbs in lamps, nor does the valance or bumper need lowered unless you are wanting access to these lower housing bolts.
