the car runs and drives after i jump it, but the second i turn it off the battery is completely dead, the alternator has been tested,the battery is almost new. any ideas what could be causing my issue?

Charge and test battery with a load test, check alternator out put and check all battery terminals are clean and tight, do not presume battery and alt are ok, test and be sure.
