Power Steering is leaking & we have tried to take the metal pipe off but is stuck tight. I followed the hose down to where it attaches to a metal tube pipe, then across to where it attaches to the box. The connection where it attaches to the box.We Were wondering if the connection is a reverse thread?

Which hose is this and what "box" are you referring to? If you're trying to loosen a nut around a metal tube, use a flare nut wrench, also called a line wrench. Those nuts are very soft metal and will round off if you use a regular open end wrench. If you're replacing a leaking line that includes a metal tube crimped onto it, you can cut the pipe next to the nut, then use a six-point socket and a ratchet to get the nut out. Look at the nut on the new part to verify it's normal thread. I've never seen a reverse thread on power steering hoses.

Also be sure to start the new nut three or four turns by hand before you use a wrench on it to insure it's not cross-threaded.
