Central Locking and electric windows not working on my Toyota Cielo Sprinter where can I look to fix in fuses

Central Locking and electric windows not working where can I look to fix in fuses. We cleaned the buttons switches had carbon build up and it still not working, where do I check fuses?

In the fuse panel. There's also relays. See images. They are for a Corolla, which is the American model name for the Cielo.
