How do I remove the lower panel below the glove compartment

there are some small screws that need to be removed along with some push pins. look with a good light to see.

I have unhooked the wires and unscrewed the plastic cover under the blower motor but something is hanging up the plastic cover i cant see how do i get it out of the way
