how do i realign the camshafts in a 1992 toyota corolla 1.6L FWD

When you install camshafts in this engine there is an "install" position and "timing" position.
Use install position to install, then (with belt off) rotate to timimg position, then install belt. If you don't do this then timing will be 45 degrees off.
