Recently I noticed when turning there was a whining noise. I disconnected the reservoir (power steering) to clean it out. After putting it back together I filled the reservoir with new power steering fluid now not only does my ps go out it leaks fluid from the reservoir cap. do i need to bleed the lines? New ps pump?
