locate the blower motor relay

Im trying to locate where the blower motor relay is so i can replace it and all i can find is how to change the resister witch i already did. i have a 92 4runner and the front and back blower motors dont work and i have replaced both motors and the resister the only thing left is the relay but i cant find where it is

They call is a heater relay here is a guide to ehlp test it and the location in the diagram below.
