Car turns over, but won't start-has fuel and spark

My 1992 loyale just quit after stopping at a light, when I accelerated, it sputtered a few times then quit. It will turn over, but won't start?

Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump if okay -Could have jumped time-check valve and ignition timing
