Buzzing Noise

Green wire under hood has buzzing noise in cab all the time when the car is off or on. What could be the problem with the car.

Where in the cab is the buzzing coming from?

under the dash, not sure what side or where at.

There are a large number of items under the dash that could be buzzing. Relays of all sorts. Switches. Could be a leaf in the heater/AC airbox vibrating in the air stream. Locate the fuse panel. Touch each of the relays it contains. If the buzzing is felt, remove the relay and the determine what system isn't working. Then get back to us.
