The car acts like it is chocking and sputtering. The codes are 31 and 58. I changed the fuel filter. What else can I do to fix my car?

I'd erase the codes and see if they come back? How long since a tune-up? Code 31 has to do with neutral switch. Code 58 has to do with security system.
