cv axel repair

i have transmission fluid leaking out from the cv joint seal after replacing my cv joint and putting a new seal on...what could be causing this

The seal must have been damaged when you installed it or the axle itself is worn. Check both. NOTE: Make sure to prelubericate the seal before installing the axle. Place a thin coat of ATF on the seal so the axle can glide easily into the seal itself.
