1992 Nissan 180SX Engine surge

Hi

Weather the car is cold or warm I get engine surge.
Only under acceleration and only when car is above 3psi.
I took it up and down a hill once where the car stayed at a high rev
With a good amount of boost. The problem disappeared this day and only on that day.
