location of fusible link on 1992 mitsubishi might max?

There are 3 main fusible links and they are right at the positive battery terminal.

ok new alternator...new battery...all new timing belt and timing reset to specs...new fuses in fusiable link...will not hold a charge...any ideas?

What's the charging voltage at idle with no accessories on?
