there are so many things that could cause a rich mixture from fouled plugs,bad 02 sensors,computer issues.there really is no way i could possibly answer your question with the information that i have.did it fail emmissions? do you have that sheet? and can you tell me what is to high? hydrocarbons,nox,ect.then i would have something to go on.
