I replaced the engine in the 3000 and put a engine from a 92 dodge stealth the 3000 was dohc with coil pack the stealth is a sohc with distributer. what wires from the original harness hooks up to the distributer

nothing, you need the entire harness with computer and all sensors from the donor car for this to work
