Trouble Starting, sensor connection?

I have a '92 Mercury Sable. Trouble starting. Battery is fine. I feel it may be an electrical connection issue do to the fact it won't turnover until about 10-15 tries. When running it idles rough and hicoughs when in hi rpm. Any suggestions on which sensors it may be?

When you try to start it, does the starter work? Also, if it does, has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
