Can't hear it over a computer. The best approach is to start with a steering and suspension inspection at a tire and alignment shop. You never want to ignore those kinds of noises on a Ford product although your car model has fewer problems than the steering parts that fall apart on Ford front-wheel-drive cars. We used to call them "killer cars" because of all the crashes they caused.

Your mechanic will start by inspecting the ball joints, and inner and outer tie rod ends. Those are the parts that typically cause crashes. Other, less serious parts include control arm bushings, anti-sway bar links, and struts. Those commonly make noise when worn or broken but they don't lead to a crash. Loose brake pads can rattle too. That in itself is not serious, just annoying. You can identify that by putting light pressure on the brake pedal. If the noise stops, there is likely a broken or missing anti-rattle clip on one of the pads.
