Soft top only goes halfway down. Won' break at windshield? Windows go down. Boot comes up. Then nothing else happens. Is this something easy to remedy."

Sounds like a problem with the sequencing valves or a faulty actuator, this is a very complex procedure, best left to a qualified Benz tech, if you get it wrong you can do some expensive damage to the mechanism
