whistle sound at 65 miles and up coming from the outside of vehicle not the engine or weather stripping

Whistling from exterior of vehicle are usually due to gaps in mouldings or something sucah as the plastic covering of windshield moulding etc.

That is the best I can offer as it is not possible to diagnose noises online as the physical vehicle and a testdrive is required.
