Replaced water pump. Car started but missed so hired mechanic to retime it now I have 12 volts to back side of distibotor but none to plug wires. Replaced rotors but no help. Took crank sensor to mechanic and he said testing ohms showed shoule be ok. Crank and cam sensors at least $80 apiece so can't just replace if not the problem. Thank you for your help.

Check the crank sensor wiring an ensure the reluctor at crank sprocket is installed correctly.
