What is lcd. Where and what is the control panel?

There are no components called the ICD but there is an ICM which is the ignition control module.

So, I am attaching the info below on this but let us know what you are seeing to give you the ICD.

If you have codes, can you provide the actual codes so that we can see what you are looking at repairing?
