Turning Signal Flasher

I would like to know where the location of the turning signal flasher is on a 1992 Lexus LS400. My turning signals don't work and my hazard lights work fine. My break lights work fine as well and all bulbs are good. Thank you.

The turn signal flasher is located under the dash on the driver side near the steering column here is a diagrams below to show you. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
