Car starts rough.It handles rough & only allow you to drive 40mph.It won't go in reverse.

sounds like you have a transmission issue. it may not be shifting allowing you to pick up speed. the motor is most likely racing.
the no reverse is a big clue.
you need a trans shop to verify and give you a bid.
no, there is no pick up coil in your car. it is too new for that.
