No pulse fuel injector

i have a 92 isuzu rodeo 3.1l v6 4x4, cannot get fuel out of the injectors, it has brand new fuel pump and filter, no pulse at the injectors. i replaced whole distributor because i thought it might the position sensor but it still has no pulse? what should i do next?

It sounds like the ECM is out or not getting power or ground. Here is a guide and some diagrams (below) that will help us see whats going on.

If everything checks out get a used ECM and plug it in.
