I have 1992 Honda prelude but the brakes don't and the e-brakes don't work .I smell smoke in the engine i think the motor was on fire at some time in the past

Have you checked the brake fluid level and brake pads?
Where is the smoke coming from?
Are there any oil leakages from engine?
