92' Accord Code 43 & 15

Hi there I get the following codes in my accord CEL:
43~Fuel supply system
15~Ignition output signal

I am getting opinions that it is the Main Relay, do you guys have any past experiences with these?
The O2 sensor has just been changed along with distributor O-Ring. Also at speeds near 50, car acts like its losing gas supply and re-gaining it. At a fuel pressure test, after the engine was warm, the fuel pressure was at 0 for the first two start attempts. So the mechanic told me Main Relay, but others say it could be something else.

I would suggest checking the PGM-FI main relay first. It is rather easy to check and resoldering the circuit board is all you need to do.

The pictures are in jpg format so you must be missing some files of your picture viewer program or your internet setting has the program disabled. One thing I know is that when you click to enlarge, it would but if you click another time, you might not be able to see it. You need to navigate away from the link and come back to retry.

The relay is located on the far left ( if your vehicle is LH drive and opposite if RH drive) under dash, above the fuse box. It is a 2 x 3 x 2 inches ( approximate size) rectangular box that has a grey housing and the portion that the wires are plugged into is brown in color. It has an 8 pin connector with a 7 pin terminal.

If you have cruise control, the relay should be obstructed from view by the cruise control module. Taking the relay out requires a 10 mm hex bolt to be removed. Alternatively you can push at both longer ends to release the tab and pull the relay, minus the housing out of its seat. The relay can be reinstalled back into its housing only one way as turning it around would not enable the locks to click into place.

At both ends of the relay, check the central 2 soldered terminals, if the relay is bad, at least one or more joints would show signs of cracks on the solders ( might not show easily but if take a close look, you should not miss it). Resolder the few joints and the relay should be good.
