Rough idle or missing starts after few cranks second stary better then exhaust popping / sputter then goes away

You need a lot more info than that to conclude anything. You would need a scan tool to examine the sensor data and codes and a fuel pressure gauge to look for a rest pressure loss and correct running pressure.
