When was the last time you had a tune up??? If it's been a long time, I'd start with this.
If that doesn't do it, check the Fuel Pressure Regulator first, as this is often a problem and very easy to check.
Pull the vacuum hose at the regulator and check for the presence of fuel. If there's any, replace it.
Next I would check the sensors. (MAF/MAP, throttle position, etc.)
