Code 998, no vref to tps, map, hego, or ect. No vref coming from pin 26 on harness. ECM failure? Or possible ground problem? Truck runs, but, very rich, stalls, etc. Checked/ cleaned chassis grounds, as well as ohmed pin 46 (ecm ground).
have continuity to ground. Anything else before I buy a new ecm?
