Hey JOMEL,
On the drivers side frame rail, they are just a screw on filter (looks very similar to a oil filter), just screw it off like a filter and install a new one, you may want to fill the new one with diesel to aid in the bleeding the fuel system, right above the filter there is a bleeder valve, looks similar to a tire valve, push the valve in while a helper cranks the engine until air is bled from system, then engine should start.
