Rasmataz , The truck stalled out on the highway and got it home but after it cooled off yes it will turn over but runs very rough. If I fill it with coolant will this solve the issue.

I don't know the gage is broken. Should I add coolant and try turing it over.

The radiator had a small leak and I think that contributed to the overheating. Plus the fact I used water instead of coolant. Should I refill with coolant and try turning the truck over ?
