parking brake system is broken, broken at parking brake reliece cable. brakes stucked on ON position. how do i fix it?

block wheels on truck...follow cable back to rear you will see where the cable adjuster is loosen this adjuster until brakes release.

if the park brake controller the one with the pedal on it is broken there is a manual release you can use pliers or screwdriver to release you will need to remove cover from park brake foot piece.
