On the fuel rail. They never go bad. Failure is extremely common on GM vehicles. You won't find a bad one on a Chrysler product.

Which engine do you have and what are the symptoms?

I'm guessing you mean 3.0 liter. Service manual drawings aren't very clear so I went out in the blizzard to look at one of my Caravans. From the distributor cap, go straight back 10 inches. The regulator sits just to the passenger side of the intake plenum, under the MAP sensor. It's about 1 1/2" in diameter and 2" long, and has a vacuum hose attached to it.

What symptom are you dealing with?
