electical problems

i have a 1992 chev s 10 4x4 with elect. troubles the horn and the radio and cig. ligher won't work,I've checked the fuses and they seem o.k. this truck has 220'000 km. any help on this would be appricated

under th eleft side of the dash is your fuse panel. the horn an dcigarette lighter operateoff of a 20 amp fuse. it is wired direct from there. if someone has put an alarmsystem on this or other add ons then they have wired it incorrectly and screwed up your radio / horn , lighter. Or if you have put a guage set ont eh dash or under it you may have drilled through a wire. they all need to be checked.
