front brakes will not release

I have a 92 chevy s10 with a 2.8 engine. the front brakes will not release. i have replaced all the lines, the calipers and the brake shoes. do you have any suggestions on what it might be that is causing this.

the passenger side on the front locked up and have replaced almost everything.now the passenger and driver side r not releasing.
