what is the problem with my 92 truck?

92 Chevy K1500 PU 305 motor, stalls out when I apply the brake.I pulled the fuse for the rear anti-lock braking system/speedometer (apparently same cicuit) I lose my speedometer and the truck no longer stalls out when the brake is applied. When I put the fuse back in, the speedometer functions but the truck stalls when the brake is applied while driving.Can you help?

Have you checked the ground for the brake lights yet?

Alright but if you had a bad ground to the brake lights and you stepped on the brakes it could steal the ground from somewhere else causing the dieing.I have seen it happen before.
