My fleetwood Flair 454 7.4 v8 RV's fuel pump was check and registered a 3 psi. We were told the fuel pump needed to be replaced and that it should be about 14 psi. My question is would it still register the same if the Fuel Pressure Regulator was bad?, learned this from your site and if that can be the fix for it that would be so much easier than droping the fuel tank which is 80 gal. Please Help. Mark
