I'm not sure I understood your question? There is only one blower motor, are you saying it stops running? When the problem is ongoing, check voltage and ground at the blower motor connector. If you have good voltage and ground with no blower action, suspect an issue with blower motor. If there is no voltage, have to backtrack the wiring circuit. Let us know.
