car seat floor bolt

I have a 1992 Cavalier RS coupe. Left side bolt holding driver's seat to the floor rusted and broke. How to fix, where to take it, will it be expensive?

Dunno the cost but take it to a body/fender shop

If your floorboard is rotting out that badly, you may be beyond repair.
