my INFL REST light stays on in the dashboard what can cause that to happend

It's your air bag or inflation restraint system. There's a problem. Have it scanned, or you can use your cars onboard diagnostic system to see if it will give you any codes.

hi i have a 1992 cadallic seville 4.9L at night when i cut my headlights on my dashboad lights the whole thing comes on goes out come on stay on for a little while then stay off for a little plus flashes

sounds like a short in the headlight switch. When you're at a stop, see if you can make it happen by fiddling with the headlight switch. If you can confirm that it's the switch, just replace it. Without knowing anymore, that's what I would suggest.

its flashing a code count the flashs then come.it will flash the first digit stop then flash the 2nd one.

Cheeks- Possibly Cadieman understood your question better than I did. It was pretty hard to understand. I thought you were saying that when you turn your headlights on or off, your dashlights, like the lights that allow you to see your speedometer and such start flickering. If this is not the case, disreguard my comment about playing with the headlight switch. If it is an indicator light flashing, then you do need to count the flashes like Cadieman has suggested.
