1992 Cadillac El Dorado blowing out mufflers

Put a tune up, new cadillac converter on went 20 miles the muffler blew, went back to muffler house put another muffler on and it bogged down and blew the muffler out. I then drove the car apron 800 miles and put another muffler on it blew after a pro 300 miles. What could it be

Sounds like something got messed up in the tune-up. Backfiring is what will blow mufflers off and that's usually due to ignition firing at the wrong time so double check the firing order.
